As farmers burn fields, Delhi braces for smog

Last year, Delhi and a large part of northern India were covered in a dangerous toxic smog that forced authorities to shut schools, and halt major construction in the city, and as crop burning season approaches for farmers it looks like efforts to stop the city suffering the same fate again may be failing.
